Returns

Your business is important to us, and we are here to assist with any questions you may have regarding your order. If you have any questions please call or email us during our normal business hours, and a representative will be able to assist you. All inquiries are answered in the order in which they are received. Requests made outside of our normal business hours are addressed as soon as possible.

FlowLabs Customer Service department can be reached by telephone at +1 416-581-0000. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm (Eastern Standard Time).

“Can I return my purchase?”

Yes. Maybe you picked the wrong product or your finger slipped and you ordered 120 instead of 12, we’ve definitely done that before. If that’s the case, credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus the original shipping costs if it has already been shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Refunds

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Once reviewed and approved you will receive a full refund for the product and will be emailed a return receipt. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If you’ve received your return receipt and have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
